MTLK -- 70% mkt shr in Europe -- chip sets for DSL; V-dsl allowing video direct to the home over copper wires -- great play - Israeli tech co -- listing in USA - why else do co's do that except for anticipating great biz opps internationally

Look for it to do well, esp from hiring a Silicon Valley sales person
