Byron Wien was being discussed on CNBC. He has not hit anything right yet. He predicted a bear market - wrong. He predicted our commander-in-heat, Clinton, would resign - wrong. He called two or three corrections that did not happen. They are making fun of him on T.V. because he always wrong, yet never seems to have a problem getting people to listen to him. This guy spews garbage, I would believe the opposite of what he says.

Calvin, I have listened to Byron Wien many times. He has been a perennial bear. I am sure at some point he will be right but anyone who has followed him has missed most or all of the market we have enjoyed. I have wondered how he has been successful in investing. He must have enjoyed some success to occupy his present position but, for now, I think of him as a contrarian indicator.
