LET'S START SHORTING:

BTTT works in both up and down markets. Since we are likely to be in for a choppy ride, if not a major selloff, in the next few weeks, let's start looking for shorting opportunities.

Here is a classic chart. This is what we want to see:

ETYS...suffering some might pre-Christmas e-tailing woes:

a) lower highs in succession (lower lows help but are not necessary)

b) a rally that sends Stochastics to new highs

c) continued selloff that creates a Stochastic sell signal (%K cross from above 75 level)

See: 207.61.23.98

Would have worth 50% gain in about one month. At the same time, the Naz is hitting all-time highs!

TC.

TRADE UPDATE:

On Jan 3rd we warned to watch TFSM, and to buy in on a Stoch. signal. It signalled the next day at around 48, and after a scary dip, went straight up to 65 for a nifty 35% return. See: 207.61.23.98

Stick with BTTT for consistent gains in volatile markets...!
