Unit wise, maybe. Definitely not revenue wise. As you know ASP's of Athlons are currently about 5X of K6's. If 12.5 million Athlon holds, I would think AMD will be substantially higher a year from now.>

For AMD to lose unit share, Fab30 must turn out to be a complete dud. We will have an extremely good idea of the status in a quarter - at most.
