looks like they filed a 10Q a few days ago. It was due last spring. Their company website makes the untrue claim that they were current in their filings and that surely it was the NASD who was mistaken in giving them an "E". Well, obviously they weren't current -- they forgot to file that 10Q. They were also late on many other filings last year, but they eventually got them filed. To me, it appears that their beancounter is a boob who can't file things on time, and can't even remember what he has filed. You have to wonder whether he's bothering to keep good controls of the finances of the company, as well. Maybe he just relies on Hayseed to pass the collection plate and keep the company going from day to day? BTW, God told me to take my supernatural profits a few days ago. I covered my short position. Now I'll wait and see if Hayseed can come up with some more hype, or if he just has to make the rounds and pass a collection plate to support the company.
