I dont have access to the underlying article but this service usually just collects stories from other sources....Has anyone seen this??? commnow.com China Reviews First CDMA Phones Chinese company Qiao Xing Universal Telephone Inc. says the government of Guangdong province is reviewing its application to begin manufacturing CDMA handsets. Currently, China produces only GSM phones, but a recent decision will give at least three companies, and as many as five, the right to begin CDMA manufacturing, and they will be granted loans to do so.
