yeah, you and me both re the qqq...i was gonna go short at 3600, but walked away from that idea. i suppose ultimately stocks go higher than we expect and they go lower than we expect. it sure was a strange day today however. the fellow i follow from a t.a. perspective here in canada suggested we'd see the sell signal of a generation early this year, but he hasn't issued it in his newsletter...i think the nas can be shorted here only if one has the resources not to stopped out, but probably more importantly if one can stomach what might be more of a blowoff stage...

maybe ebay is a good pure short, it sure went up a ton today...i wouldn't short aol or yahoo however.
