Post your point, nebish. Anyone who has fantasies of himself as a character from a James Bond movie is accorded an entertainment quotient, not a credibility quotient as a financial advisor. This is particularly true of anyone addressing "Truthseeker", a discredited liar.

Ciao,

That is one of the funniest things I ever have heard. I only have one thing to say;

"Happy New Year Antsters"

so much better with music

members.xoom.com

High Hopes?
Frank Sinatra

Next time your found, with your chin on the ground
There a lot to be learned, so look around

Just what makes that little old ant
Think he'll move that rubber tree plant
Anyone knows an ant,can't
Move a rubber tree plant

CHORUS:
But he's got high hopes, he's got high hopes
He's got high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your gettin' low
'stead of lettin' go
Just remember that ant
Oops there goes another rubber tree plant

When troubles call, and your back's to the wall
There a lot to be learned, that wall could fall

Once there was a silly old ram
Thought he'd punch a hole in a dam
No one could make that ram, scram
He kept buttin' that dam

'Cause he had high hopes, he had high hopes
He had high apple pie, in the sky hopes

So any time your feelin' bad
'stead of feelin' sad
Just remember that ram
Oops there goes a billion kilowatt dam

All problems just a toy balloon
They'll be bursted soon
They're just bound to go pop
Oops there goes another problem kerplop

Auric Goldfinger,

After the way his last remarks were misquoted, I'm not surprised that Donald Hutton hung up when reporters from Bloomberg.com attempted to question him on the phone.

What SEC Filing is being referred to? According to my AOL SEC Research site, "Edgar Plus," the last filing to the SEC by ANTS was on 12/13/99, a form 10Q with a "Document Date" of 10/31/99. In it, there was no "audited report" mentioned. It specifically says the financial statements are unaudited and prepared by the "Registrant" not by an independent accountant. Here's what was stated:

The condensed financial statements included herein have been prepared by the Registrant without audit, pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Certain information and footnote disclosures
normally included in financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles have been condensed or omitted pursuant to the rules and regulations. However, the Registrant believes that the disclosures are adequate to make the information presented not misleading. It is suggested that these financial statements be read in conjunction with the financial statements and the notes thereto included in the Registrant's initial Form 10-SB.

In the opinion of the Registrant, all adjustments, consisting of normal recurring adjustments, necessary to present fairly the financial position, results of operations and cash flows of the Registrant for the three and six month period ended October 31, 1999 and the year ended April 30, 1999 have been made. The results of operations for such interim periods are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the entire year."

Above the signature line, it says:

"Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Act of 1934, the Registrant has duly caused this report to be signed on its behalf by the undersigned hereto duly authorized.

I do not see anywhere in this document where Donald Hutton is claiming to be a CPA. It specifically says the statements are "prepared without audit." So, what statement was "filed with the SEC today," ie Jan. 3, 2000? If this article is referring the the Dec. 13th filing, than it appears to be misrepresenting the information contained in that filing.

No C.P.A.s on this board? I've been waiting for someone to point this out, but I'll just do it myself. If the quotes in the Bloomberg article attributed to the auditor are accurate, they imply that the auditor was working for the company at the time of the conversation with David Evans. C.P.A.s have an affirmative duty to keep confidential the internal affairs of their clients.

Now, David Evans, as a financial reporter knows or should have known this. What transpired between these two men that caused this breach?

If this reporting by Evans and the quotes attributed to the auditor are accurate, they would both have to notify their insurance carriers if I were at the helm of the Good Ship ANTS.
