Leptin does not work in human (in 95% cases) because of the OR signaling deficiency, not because of the low blood level. Important is how it work when it does, in situation when leptin production by fat cells is hampered. Axokine does work better than leptin, PI/II data confirmed this. The question is therapeutic window and safety concern. If this pass (again, I strongly believe that it will), than... Miljenko
