I'm saying Spitfire will sell for what the K6-2 sells for now and as a result Athlon ASPs will go down. Like you said, since Spitfire is an Athlon core, higher MHz should be easier so overall Spitfire ASPs should be better than K6-2 ASPs.

Chuck, Remeber the data I posted a couple of days ago about the Athlon CPUs stock at a distributor and a reseller. I decided to monitor their online stock data. I surfed their web sites this morning and found no changes to their inventory from my last visit. I visited their web sites just now, and to my surprise found drastic reductions in their inventory.
