Class Action Lawsuit Against Plains All American Pipeline LP and Top Officers PHILADELPHIA, Jan. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- On December 10, 1999, Berger and Montague, P.C. (http://home.bm.net) filed a securities fraud class action lawsuit against Plains All American Pipeline LP (NYSE: PAA - news; ``Plains' or the ``Company') and certain of its officers and directors in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
