It's nothing but Judge PJ agreeing with himself. MSFT has to "appeal" it to PJ so it's on the record and can be brought up with the Appeals court, but obviously nobody expected him to actually reverse it.

Wasn't this posted a week or so ago from another source? From the middle of the article:

"But the appeal was overruled Dec. 22 by Jackson."

I think this is just PC Week repeating old news on a slow day...
