I don't have that problem, but I know somebody else that does, except even worse. He gets duplicates of 7 instead of just 2. I recommend calling up tech support. They've helped me in the past fix problems quickly.

In most cases the duplicate (and more) results are caused by the scan formula - the formula may have several conditions (Boolean OR) which may be met at the same time and the scan lists all of them as a separate result.

TONDON-Check the scan window and if the box display last signal only is not checked it will give you all the dates that the alert was hit in succession.
