Thanx for that story. But what I never understand about these "monopoly" stories is how is a company expected to become a gorilla without exactly this business attitude and tactic? It's just a pre-requisite of becoming an Intel or Msft or Qcom. Maybe there'll be lots of complaints and ire and even 19 states suing--but business is not about being "nice"
