Now I saw it. Thank you. Very intriguing. Of course we know that the quoted person does not want the chain sold. I don't know what to think anymore. I tell you what has bothered me since the last PR. Everything is "behind us," now we are "clean," because we have settled. Uh, fellows, you forgot something: who filed this lawsuit in the first place? There would have been nothing to settle if it had not been filed. The PR says their dd now shows them their charges were unfounded. Do you believe that? The "bad guys" played hard ball and won. Now they are "good guys." You know what, Franz Kafka would be very proud! So where is the accountablility for all this? When will they clean the slate and get some focused management? Management which does not just think acquisitions per se are "good," management which knows how to research, judge, and consummate a deal. I have some other thoughts, but I'm going to hold off for a little while to see if there is any sign of progress here. I don't have another millenium to wait.

If that article is correct, then the press release was wrong when it stated that FB wants to change the terms of the deal. It appears that FB will not sell even if RTIN were to bring all cash.

2000 is getting off to a nice lousy start.
