If there is one thing that is true about computers, it is that they will do the same thing "EVERY TIME". ie. a computer is a "high speed idiot".

If it works one time, it will work every time (or not at all).

Check to be sure you are using the same password (including case),that you erased the previous message etc.

Go back to a test that worked, and carefully try another test with slightly different conditions.

You can do it!
