I am sure that they will not be clarified in such manner. As I said, I am not keen on text hunting, and only supplied some proof that not all texts bore in the direction you supposed. I gave the record of the legislative committee work or session out of which the law sprang as an obvious way to clarify the choice of words by the matters discussed, but prefer staying as close to the text itself as is possible. I do not know why you have difficulty understanding my post, and I am sorry if I could have been clearer, but these are matters that have been debated for many decades, and I am surprised that you did not register the initial allusions to the controversy. In any case, there is always judgement, but there are also guidelines, and the large controversy will not settle all smaller ones, but may serve to determine the guidelines........
