Jeff, I haven't monitored the 'analog group' since 95-96. It would surely be intersting to see the comparison of gross margins and net margins throughout the group. Basically, I've developed such a confidence level in the SMTC management and their product niche, that I put my SMTC on auto-pilot-long several years ago. Looking back on the SMTC history, I have always appreciated the way they have handled the tough times. I have listened to those conference calls throughout the years (thick and thin) and management has always been so forthcoming and honest about analyzing their execution.They say what they mean, and mean what they say. They have definitely won over my trust. And that's a lot more than I can say about 90% of the companies in my portfolio--(in spite of the fact that the internet screamers have $erved me well and I plan on holding most of them long term) leeza
