It seems to me that the problem with this stock is that something always seems to happen to it. That's not part of my technical analysis, but once this thing starts to go up, something always brings it back down. If it's not employees getting arrested, questions about finances something like the recent turn down was bound to happen.

As I say, this is pure conjecture, but I just sold out my last 100+ shares (at 68 in December) that I had from the ESPP. Granted, just after I quit about 4 years ago, I sold half of my holdings for 58. I'm glad to be out of here. EDS stock seems a sure bet to gyrate in the current range (50 to high 60s) for awhile, as it has been doing.
