The truth about all the exercise is that adhesive tape became so expensive that I use duct tape now. I have to use braces on both my knees, I tape my foot and ankle, bersitis is common for my shoulder,and I get tendonitis all the time, my spine hurts, my wrist, I'm on Relefen, Vioxx etc. but I give God the glory for all I still do. Heart disease runs in my family, I have no other choice, I have to keep at it. For me, a sedentary lifestyle would have dire consequences. Brian. I do love you too. With all my heart. In Christ.
