To LaVerne and Paul: Thank you for answering my question. I took a little from both of your suggestions and everything works great!! I really liked LaVerne instructions (sorry Paul) because they save a little more time than Paul's, but I did follow Paul's instruction by simply saving my new excel file as a text file in C:\QPDATA\LISTS and when I go to Quote Plus it will pull out the file slick as a whistle and run it just like a .lst file. To both of you, again a BIG MAHALO NUI LOA. (Or as Larry Beil on ESPN would translate it, THANK YOU VERY MUCH) Newton
