I have been able to import ASCII into 6.5 ok but it will not import MS data past 12/31/99. One of the reasons I never spent the bucks to upgrade to WOWIT 7.0 was that I was not confident it would be Y2K compliant with the 255 MS data. It seems this suspicion has been proved right. I noticed this part of the Y2K statement "With respect to the MetaStock data format, MetaStock, to date, has refused to supply to us the specifications required to ensure that post 1999 dates will be accurately read and displayed". I could accept this statement if other non-Equis software had the same problem but they do not. I even have a freeware MS data editor that reads the files ok. I guess WOW's solution is to use their FDCN data service.
