Watch IVX, VCR, IT... ALGX new high so I'm not sure what's left there. Good movement there. You don't have to trade just to be inside the action. Utilize the first half hour to measure your risk and what the market is offering. I'm expecting to short 1 or 2 more hi flyers and go long around lunchtime... but that's tentative. GNSS look for down, down,, as they announce a shortfall. ASYT one of my favorites 2 for 1 split and better earnings that expected. could do well today. Bought a whole new set of nautilus equipment which should come in today. I'm lookin to get back into shape and body building so I'll be using a new computer enhanced recombent bike... So if I make an error, its my own fault.. I may lose money, but I'll lose calories as well... I have not done workouts for 12 months and gained 6 pounds which is worse than after 2 kids and anything else. So we have a new Market Gems early morning stepping to the S&P Dow & Nasdaq Futures... every point down or up is a pound lost.... We lift weights with Agilent and step in tune to CHINA and INTC.. I'll start....later...after I take a few winks.. I got tired just thinking aobut it.
