Mr. Anderson...... I bought my shares December 28th, 1999. My account is with National Discount Brokers. I did not get my forward split shares. Can you please tell me if the 28th was still time to get them or was too late already? Thanks, Elio

Hi KAA how are you doing? Well I have been told to ask you directly so here goes. I would like some information on why you selected Farris for the new CEO postition of CVID. Maybe it is not any of my business but I am a shareholder. I like to aks questions on public forums. Also can you elaborate on why you asked everyone a few months ago to put their shares in cert form? I did this. I would just like to know. I have not read anything lately to explain why. Also these latest press release about how we sold something but there were no details. I would like some detailed info. Thanks for your time. Phil
