I have traded MCTL 3 times from .22 cents to .43 cents. I commented that Breaking .50, in my opinion, would be positive for MCTL. Well patience paid, MCTL closed yesterday at .72 and in my opinion, PATIENCE with one called (FONR) will also PAY OFF.
