Welcome back Mohan... thanks for posting all of these extremely informative articles. Please keep it up. I think that the announcement of serwiz.com is a very significant development. It harnesses India's singlemost valuable resource, which is its intelligent and educated population. It then provides these resources to the rest of the world... I think that this model is very interesting and can easily dwarf the ISP revenues that SIFY could possibly derive in the future. Prashant
