Richard:

Understand your frustration.

I'm holding on to my shares, and add on weakness.

IMHO, the buyout will come, and patience will be rewarded.

Richard, although I like their penetration into international markets, I've gotta raise an eyebrow when directors start unloading their shares. Wouldn't do it if a deal was imminent or even percolating (2-3 months out).

There's something out here that isn't quite right - and it may stem from unreasonable management expectations surrounding a buy-out price, if there even is a consideration in that area.

If the stock really took a hit (and 44 and change isn't the kind of hit I'm look for an entry point), I'd probably be a buyer.

But TFSM appears to have rapidly lost some ground to CMGI and DCLK and perhaps they're no longer the prettiest girl at the dance. And the ones who could acquire TFSM have found that there are less expensive dates elsewhere...

Just a point of view....
