Neo is entitled to any opinion, no matter how mistaken it is, you are absolutely correct, sir. But if he expresses an opinion on this thread, I am entitled to challenge it.

As for Rehnquist and Thomas, they don't agree with Scalia about the plain language, they rely on stare decisis and legislative intent far more than he does. Of course, they do agree on a lot of the decisions, but not in the way that the decisions are reached.
