Here is Russell Godwin's response to my email on 12/27/99 which asked when, or if, an SEC filing would be made:

Management is trying to complete the filings before December 31, 1999. They understand the importance and are rushing to complete as soon as possible.

Any opinions on whether the trip to the pinks could
form a legitmate basis for a shareholder suit in view or oral and written representations made by the company?

Obviously I'm not hoping for such an action, just
wondering whether it could happen...
