DDR "Dead Windows"
I decided to read up on DDR memory. I found a application note on Samsung web site talking about "Dead Windows". Rest assured "Dead Windows" is an easy concept to understand.

The last 3 slides makes it look like latency is going to be really really bad. I can't find bilow around to get a better opinion. He's celebrating his $63 profit on RMBS today.
