David - It's EDIG's player. EDIG was the first company to produce a recording device using Flash Memory. That was several years ago -- before the market was 'ready' for FM in hand-held devices. Now FM is in many devices - cameras, etc. - and it's becoming widely used.

Lucent chose EDIG to come up with a reference design for an EPAC player. Lucent was impressed by EDIG's ability move quickly on the design. They also thought that it would take them too much time and money to develop a system as good as Micro OS.
