Anyone been to the website recently? Looks like they left in the middle of the night with all the furniture. Just got my proxy. Nice to see the gang is still being paid well and moving incorporation to Delaware, the safe haven of corporations.

Anybody get the proxy and notice of special shareholders meeting. It's in Boca Raton close to me so I'm going on Feb. 10, lost more money on this POS then any other stock as a green greedy newbie. They want to increase common shares to 200 million.
