Repeat of RB post!!! OK, in my feeble little way, here is what I have learned today after the article. We are still in the game and arbitration will occur and maybe sort the entire thing out in short order. Was not able to aquire a date of that arbitration but it will be in Greg County District Court, Longview TX. Everyone needs to remember that the contract/merger agreement was openended. It had no expiration date because of the 1.5 mil RTIN put down up front, so we cannot lose in my opinion. One thing that has been brought up this morning is the fact that FB may be worth considerably more than last year and that is why Blackwell wants a different deal. I can also pass along that the newpaper has been contacted and "our side" is being told which should be out shortly. I have bookmarked the paper to keep watch.. Things are still unfolding, not the end of the world yet!! wb, reporting live from his basement in Idaho!!!
