RS, thanks for the comments.

The most difficult chore in doing such an analysis is coming up with reliable input numbers. I searched the LOR web site in vain for a good summary of the the current corporate and capital structure. I also looked through the SEC filings and picked out what I thought were the latest numbers, but apparently missed something. It is easy enough to plug in the best numbers into the formula and get a corrected answer, which I see you have done.

Re: "However, a couple of important points not considered in that arithmetic: (1) The fully diluted GLP share count is closer to 75M, I believe. (2) it doesn't assign any value to Loral's G* management fees and participation in GW operations in Brazil, Canada and Mexico."

No argument from me on these points. In fact, the entire concept of valuing LOR's G* holdings by use of GSTRF market price is pretty shaky. Unfortunately, I can't think of anything better, so maybe it is at least good enough for rough order of magnitude.

Kindest regards,

Reagan
