Almost three hours in the chair yesterday. And then at the end, the amount of money extracted was ghastly. The cost of a laptop for one tooth. Granted, that tooth is going to be a great work of art. But if that is what it takes to kill the market, so be it. You know, living in a loony bin for three years, you start to get used to it. The way (as Mark Twain describes it) people got used to constant bombardment during the siege of Vicksburg.
