Dennis: Yes and the ambiguity continues re the Q's potential gain, since there are WLL (fixed) CDMA possibilities where the Q may not be involved much if at all. However, the handsets mean mobile which does bring the Q directly into the picture with its IPRs. Looks like we still need clarification - which I assume will come with time. Perhaps this month, perhaps not. Chaz
