I also think that, based on the S&P futures, we are near a low. A pullback to 1440 on the S&P futures is not a bad thing, in fact it is a good thing.

On the S&P cash, we have also pulled back to the lower end of the trading channel while still maintaining the overall ascending trendline.

We could pull back to 1410 on the S&P cash without causing me to blink. The market was getting too bullish anyway. We need to get a little fear in the market.
