Dear Bob: Cant agree with you on that one. IMHO Greenspan has too much personal ego at stake to let this market collapse. Longest running bull in history and I seriously doubt he wants it to end on his watch!! There are some real Hawks in there also and we are better off with him, just hope he doesnt get Senile on us. No one understands what he says anyway and we might never know. haha.
Incidentally, some IDIOT was on CNBC today talking about MULTIPLE interest rate increases beginning with 50 basis points. AINT GONNA HAPPEN unless the bond market itself raises the interest in the free economy. I might believe ONE 50 basis pt. hike but NO MORE. JDN

INTEREST RATE PARANOIA IS ALREADY BUILT INTO THE MARKET! SO IT WON'T BE AN ISSUE IN FEBRAURY, WHEN THEY RAISE RATES. REGARDING JOB REPORT -SOMETIME IN 2000, WE MAY SEE 4% UNEMPLOYMENT RATE, AND THAT MAY FORM BASIS FOR FURTHER CREDIT TIGHTENING. ALL TECH STOCKS WILL BE BACK WITH A BANG BY MARCH - THERE IS REALLY NO PLACE ELSE, TO GET THIS KIND OF RETURNS!
