And as stated by QC personnel, all customers could not possible log onto one server?

Fortunately, the majority of Quote com customers probably don't follow the futures. The server doesn't seem overloaded yet. But that was a risk I'm glad they were willing to take. Those of us using SI have the advantage here. IF QC had notified everyone through email that the one server had been upgraded, it may have caused the server to go down. Instead we got the benefit of the that knowledge. I'd like to keep this dialogue open, and I believe that good natured, respectful posts to the thread, whatever the frustrating circumstances, will ensure that.

Of course you're right about early notification. Hopefully this latest snafu will put them on a fast track to email service problem updates, with or without fixes. Better communication will reduce the frustration level dramatically.
