Ltd. (''AMC''). AMC is the one of the largest manufacturers/assemblers of light commercial vehicles including trucks, tractor trailers, buses, automobiles and sport utility vehicles in the Republic of South Africa. In addition to an approximate 15% equity stake in AMC, Chancellor has also acquired the exclusive worldwide distribution rights for AMC's products outside of Africa, England, Scotland and Wales. Chancellor will also receive a seat on AMC's board of directors. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
