Thanks for that very clear explanation.

Can you tell by information at your disposal:

-- how much of the Convertible has been converted and
thus is now appearing in the float?

-- as a result of the above, the amount of potentially
convertible shares, but not yet converted?

If so, this would shed some light on the questions Sector
brought up.
