BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2000--Staruni
Corp. (OTC BB:SRUN) announced that it will broaden its Internet access
offerings to include a free ad supported high speed access to the net,
using DSL technology in 2000.
The company, which presently runs the $10.95 per month
Cyberhotline ISP, serving Southern California, announced last week
that it would add a free ad-supported ISP under its whattup.com
portal.
The ad-supported DSL service will be the first free broadband
consumer Internet access service. The service will initially be
available in the Southern California area.
"As the Internet offers more video and audio selections, a 56k
connection will not be sufficient," stated Bruce Stuart, CEO. "For
advertisers and marketers, this DSL service will offer direct access
to an affluent audience."
Staruni will attempt to partner with telephone companies in order
to roll out this service.

The release herein may contain or identify forward-looking
statements. These statements are based on a number of assumptions and
estimates that are inherently subject to uncertainty and
contingencies, many of which are beyond the control of the company and
reflect future business decisions that are subject to change.
