Clear Logic was and remains partially owned by IDTI. I don't know the exact percentage ownership, but it was never 100% if I recall correctly.

Clear Logic was the target of a lawsuit brought by Altera recently. I don't know what became of that. I believe that Altera alleged patent infringement on the part of Clear Logic.

Clear Logic was indeed sued by Altera. It may be some time till it is settled. If I recall in the latest 10Q, there was reference, if I remember correctly to a $10M loan, to some unnamed IDT business entity. I "read" that as a loan to Clear Logic. They have expanded the product offerings to include the 10K series. The business model seems to be solid and I am optimistic about more revenue coming in from them. Occasionally, I see print ad's in EETimes.
