chuck, the guy mentioned something about needing a newer version of NN also. But where I have WOW installed I only have IE. SO I didn't listen too much to him as my blood was boiling anyhow, and yes, this after waiting about 11 minutes on hold. My phone bill. Thanks tech support!

Chuck, I got my 6.5 with Netscape 4.7 last week. It worked fine, just took a loooooonnnngg time to get it. I don't have a fast ISP though. But, it's not worth bothering to get if it won't read files after 12/31/99. It won't even see them in the editor. I can use my MS Downloader and read data for 1/3/00, but WOW's editor sees 12/31/99 and not a day beyond. I've emailed them this morning (after giving up on hold with the telephone). Of course, I haven't heard a word from them. Will post here if I do. Ken
