Subject: Titan Announces Sale of X-ray Pasteurization System

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm pleased to start Year 2000 off with a bang. With this new
Zero Mountain agreement, Titan will be building its third electronic
pasteurization facility. Titan's Sioux City facility -- the nation's
first e-beam electronic pasteurization facility -- was completed in
December. As soon as the USDA's waiting period ends in February, we
will start processing meat and poultry for some of the nation's
largest food processors. Our second facility, located in Hawaii, is
scheduled for completion in just a few months. It will process exotic
tropical fruit. The world is excited about our revolutionary
electronic pasteurization technology. It's also something that each
of you can take personal pride. Not since the advent of pasteurized
milk, which was actually invented in 1865 to stop the souring of wine,
has there been an innovation that could dramatically improve food
safety more than e-beam pasteurization.
