Can you say 15 to 1 dilution, IF the deal gets done? From Dirks research: "More recently, Xinhua News Agency announced that it was selling 18 websites owned by the Chinese Government to New Tel for $400 million (Australian Dollars), via the issuance of 200 million New Tel shares valued at $2.00 per share."
