What is TA???and how can i tell if it is good on USHO??

Also...when you say timing ...what do you mean???how can i know if my timing was right or wrong on this one.

as far as the real estate i mentioned...just about anybody who bought a home in that neighborhood for under 150k doubled their money. It wasnt a matter of finding a sucker...it was a matter of what the market would bear 18-36 months later.
