Stock J Notes:

Our Due Diligence shows that this stock is a former resource company. Jordex has invested in Dot.Com companies, and is making its self into a internet play as the news will show. It is a sleeper at the moment, but they will be changing their name this year according to rumors on Bay Street which could push them into the $3-4.00 range.

This could be the "anticipation play" to kick off the new year. With their make over and new strategic direction
this could double in the next 6 mths. This is a B2B opportunity business to business dot.com. Presentation and
training for corporations is big business, and the online presentations through the use of intranets save millions in travel expenses.

Our DD On JDX.

Keith welcome back BTW. Hope your skiing was pleasant. I notice Canacord was the top net buyer again today! In spite of the weakness at the end of the day they were accumulating. They bought some chunks of 10,000 and even 23,000 in one buy. They seem quite confident accumulating and have been doing so. They are net 407,000 since OCT 1 at an average price of 1.32 and are top accumulator for Jan so far. I think they are one to watch!

I concur with your assessment of the weakness being largely due to the overall market weakness.

Ray

Lots of information on JDX's newest investment. The company has both and E-business centre along with the regular telecommunication business. Looks like a nice find.

GREAT company from what I know so far! This product is EXACTLY what I need for one of our small branch offices. I snooped around their site (nice), tried their audio recording samples (nice touch), looked at how they service the product (smart, and ongoing revenue), and expect I'll be buying one tomorrow or the next day on their 30 day money back guarantee.

This type of product is wonderful for many small offices; IMO has a great future. Won't bore you all with more at this point, but they've put a lot of thought into how to make the product appealing, and it is.

You called it, all right. Now tell us where the bottom is -g- ... It's a US election year, that's what i keep coming back to, you can't have a big kahuna in one of them. Um, i think. There will be cash like yours pulled out for y2k sitting on the sidelines, waiting now for entry points. The institutional year-end money won't have shown up yet, and rrsp/ira season is eight weeks or more long. Monday was the first day americans could take profits and put off taxes til April '01, the IRS goes by trade date ... so they take a little profit, and wham. The one-day waker-uppers don't last lately. The economy is strong, and while earnings are a bit thin at .0000000001 of prices, they are steadily creeping towards justifying '96 evaluations. Buy the dip. All fed hikes real and imagined are priced in already. Don't worry about margin calls, take the phone off the hook. The market went up last year, didn't it. Look how solid is the 50-day ma line the Nasdaq has to bounce off. Visa will raise your limit if you ask nice.

Seriously, i have no doubt of my target with this one, it's just a question of when, and i'm not holding my breath just now ... good to see you back ... cheers

[edit] - oops, hadn't caught up with the thread - No, i don't know either why 'fuddle' chooses this thread to spam his picks on. Could be he senses a limit to off-topic posts on Ed's thread. But it doesn't matter much, imho.
