Greg, I've been silently following IMG for about a year due to the Kryotech link. I've concluded that it apparently not that big of a deal, as it is very well known to anyone who knows about CoolMax. Kryotech is in the process of a DPO--direct public offering (as opposed to IPO). I wouldn't count on $50 soon--IMG owns a quarter of a very small company--but if you believe it, then you would be much, much, much better off buying calls. Steve
