Going beyond paybacks and perks, we are talking about economic value. In fact, it is often good business and can save a great deal of wasted time and money, as I posted. It was only in a semi-social setting that I realized that one major U.S. company's CEO was an alcoholic and being carefully guarded by his key people; I'd never have realized this in the standard business presentations and meetings. Knowing it made a difference! BTW, remember the StorageTek nightmare, which had noting to do with th technology but everything to do with the top people. Another sinkhole avoided because of personal observation in a semi-social setting.
